How do I sign up for a free trial?

What should I wear or bring with me to class?
Wear clothes and shoes that allow you to move comfortably. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a sweat towel if you prefer. That’s all you need for a fun class and a great workout!
How long does it take to see results?
The most important thing to remember is that results take time, and consistency is the key! The more you put in, the more you get out. Good news: As a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even within the first 30 days, consistency will help you experience a real difference in your strength and stamina.
Do I need to have fitness experience?
Not at all. No matter what fitness level you’re currently at, our team of coaches will guide you through safe, effective workouts to help you reach your goals.
How often should I come to class?
For beginners, two to three times per week is realistic. When you’re first starting out, it may take a while for your body to get used to training, so you might need a bit more recovery between training days. Over time, you can increase that, balancing your schedule between Strength and Stamina classes to give your body a different stimulus each day.
