The Cold Plunge circulates cold, clean water to bring the convenience of cold-water immersion right to our gym. This recovery treatment has been proven to reduce inflammation, decrease muscle soreness, increase dopamine levels, speed up metabolism, and provide sleep consistency! Spending just 2 to 5 minutes per session, with a weekly goal of 11 minutes, is ideal for maximum benefits.
Infrared’s healing rays are felt on our skin as warmth, and are absorbed by our bodies to help them detoxify, relax, improve circulation, recover faster, sleep better, age well and help us feel good. During the course of a 30-minute session, we will experience an increase in core body temperature by 3 degrees, which unleashes the most benefits to our health.
