Welcome to 10.40.10 Yoga Loft!! A warm, welcoming space designed for every body, every level, and every stage of your yoga journey. Our studio offers a variety of heated yoga classes throughout the week, from gentle flow and restorative sessions to energizing power yoga and strength-based formats. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or you’re an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find classes that challenge, restore, and inspire you.
How It Works
The soothing heated environment helps improve flexibility, increase circulation, and create a calming mind-body connection while you move. Our supportive instructors are passionate about creating an inclusive atmosphere where beginners feel comfortable and seasoned practitioners feel empowered. Yoga Tone
Yoga Tone combines the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of strength training and cardio for a full-body workout. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this class builds lean muscle, boosts endurance, and elevates your heart rate.10 minute yoga warm up. 40 minutes of work. 10 minute yoga cool down.
Flow + Restore
Yoga Flow + Restore is focused on the link between breath and movement. You’ll use smart sequencing to create space, build strength, reduce stress, and improve mobility and well-being.
Surrender
Surrender is a deeply restorative, Yin-inspired practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and melt into stillness. In this class, postures are held for several minutes with the support of props—allowing your body to gently open while your mind softens.

Toned: Core + Booty
Low-impact, Pilates-inspired strength class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen from the inside out. This mat-based workout blends elements of Pilates, barre, and yoga to target your core, glutes, and deep stabilizing muscles while improving balance, posture, and mobility.
Using equipment such as booty bands, Pilates rings, blocks, and light weights, you’ll move through controlled, intentional exercises that build strength without high-impact movements. Expect a slow burn, focused muscle activation, and full-body toning that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and energized. Every class will follow the structure of 10 minute warm up, 40 minutes of work and 10 minute cool down!
